ALVIN FRANKLIN

Alvin is a serial entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in leadership. He has a proven track record of business retention and customer satisfaction. He is well-versed in interpersonal communications, business development, collaboration, and brand management. He has helped many small business owners start, maintain, and grow their businesses. As CEO of Al & Co., he provides business consulting, career support services, and crisis communication support, and serves as a notary public. Alvin has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Guenther Bio

GUENTHER SCHUMACHER

As an executive in the professional services industry, Guenther has an established track record of helping companies build their brand, grow their business, and optimize their service models. Prior to joining Venable, he spent more than 20 years with Ogilvy, one of the world’s leading advertising
and marketing services firms, where he worked with blue-chip brands like IBM, Cisco, Kimberly-Clark, Unilever, and American Express. Most recently, he served as Ogilvy’s executive partner and global chief delivery officer, overseeing the agency’s program management office, studio
ecosystem, and all of its client-facing technology services. Prior roles at Ogilvy have included worldwide president of the firm’s digital arm and worldwide president of Ogilvy’s IBM Brand Service, where he managed the agency’s largest client relationship in over 25 countries, with a team of more than 1,000 agency colleagues. Guenther has been a member of the board of directors of the Data and Marketing Association since 2014, serving as chairman of the board from 2015 to 2016. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and
playing with fast cars and loud guitars.

Facilitated and guided business unit leaders in formulating new vision and strategic direction that successfully repositioned division as a differentiated competitor in the market, adding value to $100M and earning prominent role in mainstream corporate strategy.
