The Advisory Board of our organization is firmly in support of our mission and provides exceptional leadership and sound guidance. This esteemed team, comprising Education Doctors and Psychologists, are devoted to FCB and contribute a wealth of knowledge and insight, such as Business Psychology, Leadership Strategy, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship and Outcome-Based Mentoring, keeping us up-to-date with the latest research findings and ensuring our mental health and educational programs are effective.

CHARITA LUCAS
Charita Lucas is a Cycle Breaking Entrepreneur, CEO & Founder on a purpose driven mission to transform the world by pushing forward tomorrow’s leaders and Future Cycle Breakers after breaking her own cycle of generational poverty.
Before becoming a female founder, Charita spent 30 years working for an International Global Ad Agency in a number of low and mid technical roles before becoming a Sr Partner, Technology Director overseeing a global network and leading teams of technical leaders and experts.
After successfully breaking her cycle of generational poverty, Charita now helps other marginalized youth become Cycle Breakers, Bold Leaders and Entrepreneurs.
