Charita Lucas

A cycle-breaking entrepreneur and the visionary behind Future Cycle Breakers, dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders.

 

With 30 years in the private sector as a Senior Partner, she co-authored and led Diversity & Inclusion workshops on micro-aggressions, cultural bias, and implicit bias. Charita now creates pathways to economic empowerment through entrepreneurial education and workforce development.

Charlotte Purnell

Administrative and spiritual oversight for Future Cycle Breakers. A former daycare owner and educator, she spent 27 years teaching Christian and youth education, instilling the importance of literacy, historical knowledge, and a growth mindset.

 

A devoted Christian and literacy advocate, Charlotte is known for her belief: “Reading is knowledge, knowledge is power to create, innovate, dream, and achieve.”

Audrella Morales

The youngest of the three sisters. As the Director of Event Planning, Audrella is responsible for developing relationships with outside vendors to provide various services for the organization.

 

Audrella has over 25 years experience working in the private sector designing, implementing and managing college recruitment programs with an emphasis on minority recruitment.
